I think I still have  a copy of the letter and correspondence I had with
Larry Gartner re an old Lacntet post which involved the AAP book on BF and how
formula reps told a peds office that they couldn't get free copies of the book
unless they gave moms formula in the "free" bags.  Dr Gartner sent this to AAP
as example of strong-arm tactics of ABM industry.  If interested, just cotnact
me and I can forward the correspondence and get permission from original
poster.
