Re Phyllis Adamson's query.

I had two adoptive Moms pumping in preparation for babies last year.  One
started 10 weeks before, took it slowly and had colostrom in 5 weeks.  The
other had only 3 weeks, pumped with double kit x 15 minutes 8 times per
day and had the first drops in approx. 10 days.  In both cases, plus two
previous clients I would say the first drops the mother gets are orange and
oily.  I think what your client is seeing is the beginning of colostrum
and she should be very happy, and proud!
