You don't need a milk bank close by  - frozen pasteurized donor milk can be 
shipped overnight anywhere in the USA.

If you wish to use the sister's milk, I would recommend the sisters be 
screened just as any milk bank would screen a donor and that the hospital have the 
recipient infant's mother sign a release of liablility for the hospital.  We 
have a protocol with al the forms in place at my hospital.  If you would like a
