I certainly think the Journal of Nurse Midwifery needs to look at its
support of the WHO Code. Goat's milk is not human milk. It shouldn't be
given to a human baby unmodified, which this ad doesn't mention. Maybe
someday ABMs will be made with goat rather than cow milk (with the dairy
lobby, I somehow doubt it) but it's still an artificial product designed to
replace human milk.
