The IBLCE fall board meeting concluded today, so within the next few days,  
an announcement concerning the development of the second credential will  
probably appear on the webpage, _www.iblce.org_ (http://www.iblce.org) .  Please 
keep an eye on  it.
 
There has been a slight increase in the conversation on the ILCA chat board  
about the second credential.  Please take the time to go to _www.ilca.org_ 
(http://www.ilca.org)  and read the comments of your  colleagues (and me, because 
my last post generated a few replies).  This is  a very important topic that 
we all should be following.
