Debbie, could you try lying semi-recumbant, so your baby is on top of the
breast, like an australian crawl?  This keeps the baby latched deeper, and
she can control the flow of the milk better.  It is a great position, because
you can rest you neck.  Put a pillow under each arm, so you're well
