I hope Dr. Akre or someone else can answer this for me. There's been an
ongoing discussion on CompuServe's MYFAMILY forum regarding appropriate
growth for breastfed babies. In a 1993 article in Breastfeeding Abstracts
entitled "Are New Growth Charts Needed for Breastfed Infants?", Kathryn
Dewey, it is mentioned that WHO is looking into this issue. Has anything
been published? These parents have seen the DARLING info, but are just
curious about new charts themselves.
