There is no reason why an Rh- mother should not breastfeed.  The concept is
absurd.  The reason it is considered unsafe by some doctors is that some
doctors don't know boo-all about breastfeeding.

Rh- status has the unfortunate situation that this may be associated with
jaundice (therefore breastfeeding "contraindicated") as well as maternal
antibodies against baby's cells (and therefore breastfeeding
"contraindicated").  But the antibodies in the milk are not the anti red
cell antibodies the mother might have in her blood.

No need for literature to prove that an absurd idea is absurd.  Like, do we
need studies to prove that some people have red hair and others have black,
if someone who is colour blind says that everyone has varying shades of grey
hair?
