I always tell moms that they won't forget to take their hands with them, but
they might forget the pump :-)  I also tell them that it takes a little
practice, like learning to type or play the piano, but once they get the
hang of it, it's easier, quicker and more comfortable.  It is "very"
American for women to be reluctant to touch their breasts (gasp).
