Does anyone know of a doctor who clips frenulums in tongue-tied babies
early-on to facilitate breastfeeding in the New York State area?

I belong to Rocheter Regional Breastfeeding Network and we are in the
process of brainstorming ideas and possible speakers for a conference in
the spring of 1998.  We would like to hear of someone who understands
the need and does the procedure.  Any ideas?
