Re Cathy Liles excellent case presentation of baby below birth wt at 6 weeks.
I would definitely call the pediatrician and share your concerns with him.
There is definitely something going on with this baby...wt. gain is abysmal,
breathing difficulties are very concerning and kelly green stools could be
starvation stools or something else. At the very least this baby is not
taking in enough at the breast. Even if other family members have simian
crease, etc., this baby needs as workup.
