I got one to test, and used it with 6 women. They mostly found it 
comfortable, but it took about twice as long to remove as much milk as 
the other pumps in the price range. It was also on the loud side. The 
survey questions were not designed to measure effectiveness, except for 
a vague one worded something like "this pump might help me bf longer".
