Celine asks:
<My question is: can this history translate into a "Sheehan's syndrome" type scenario? And if so, what can be done to stimulate a fuller milk producing response?>

Seems to me as if the quickest and surest answer to that would be some comparative prolactin levels, before, and perhaps 45 minutes after initiation of a feeding. Other factors such as time of day, relationship to time of meal, etc. also come into play, I believe, so the timing would need to be planned after looking up appropriate references.
