Zolmitriptan is a new derivative of sumatriptan...basically it is more
bioavailable.

We have no data on its transfer into human milk, but I would assume it low
just as with sumatriptan.

If Immitrex(sumatriptan) would work for this patients migraine, it would be
a better choice due to poor milk levels(documented) and poor oral
bioavailability in the neonate.
