Terri,
I find it very amusing that a physician is asking what formula to use to
supplement breastfeeding (when necessary).  I don't think that there is a
definitive answer for this.

Why is the baby being supplemented?  The answer to this question should help
guide the doc.  Since there can be many reasons why a baby will be
supplemented - some good, some (most?) awful - the type of formula rests with
the reason.
