Jay:

 I use with sucess... fenugreek in combination with blessed thistle/I
recommend they can be taken with fennel... any comibination of the three.

 I use goat's rue with sucess - for increase in structure vs increase in
milk.

  I have heard postive things from the use of milk thistle TEA.
