He encourages parents to avoid counting, regimenting, and analyzing this most natural of processes, and to steer clear of so-called "lactation experts." Rely on instinct, he says, and he provides guidance for how to do that.>

P.S. I don't know what exactly he means by "so-called". I too know some so-called breastfeeding experts, but they are not lactation consultants or LLLL. The ones I know are doctors, especially pediatricians. oh well.
