I'm not sure that the public views bf a girl any different.  One of the
moms in my support group was told that she was turning her toddler (under 2
years old) into a lesbian.  This caused her to question whether she was
doing something wrong and whether she should continue co-bathing.  I was
also helping a lady breastfeed her newborn daughter, and the father leaned
over and asked me if it made the mother "horny."  I think people are just
squeaminsh and/or uneducated about breastfeeding.
