Does anyone have any information regarding breastfeeding in patients with
renal failure. I have a patient who has just delivered with end stage
renal failure due to hypertension (only 26 years old) who wants to
breastfeed. She is on only very small doses of prednisone and an
antihypertensive. I have the information about the drugs but am curious if
there is any difficulty with lactation in patients on dialysis... TIA
