As I mentioned in my private post, I have seen moms on birth control pills
have a lowered supply.  If the mom received a Depo shot, this might affect
things as well, in my experience. I have had one mother who had a severely
affected supply after one injection.

This is my experience. Other factors might be in play here, but that is what
first comes to mind.

I would suggest that she look at Jack Newman's pages, and perhaps add in
Blessed Thistle... Do a search in Lactnet archives on Blessed Thistle where
sender is [log in to unmask], and you will see it.
