I think that it is very important to followup inquirey calls with mailed
information.  That is why I developed my products brochure.  On the rare
occasion that someone is relunctant to give name and address, I tell them
that I never keep the infor about anyone until that person has actually
used my services.  That they will never hear from me again if they don't
decide to rent from me.  Recently, the only people who don't get mailed
info are those who make an appt to see me within 2 days.  We need to keep
telling ourselves and everyone else that we are good at what we do.
