There is a case study on ductal yeast that responded to diflucan in JHL
of last year, I believe.  Ruth Lawrence also mentions candida as a source
of deep breast pain and the use of diflucan as a new treatment option.
Start with these too, and then search the lactnet archives. We've had a
couple of MDs post their experiences and protocols, and if you contact
them, they would probably allow you to share their posts with the doctor.
