As a currently lactating mother, I can say with certainty - sorta. When
the milk leaks onto my shirt, it leaves a circle where the material is a
darker shade (much like a grease spot). I assume this happens because I
have awesome, rich milk (ask my son, Joseph). However, on the rare
occassion that milk has been in Joseph and come back up, it has never
stained his clothing. I understand formula stains a nasty off-white color.
