Phentermine.  To be completely safe, she should probably discontinue
breastsfeeding for 4-7 hours.  I don't know if she really needs to even do
this, but we have no data on the transfer of this drug into human milk.

Probably a little bit does transfer, but I doubt it would be overly
dangerous.  However, with continuous use, I would be more concerned.
