I once made myself unpopular at a LLL conference session after someone
complained that while on the mandatory hospital tour for childbirth
class, the nurse mentioned that the hospital had pumps to rent. This
person thought this was terrible.  As a mom who has WOH and breastfed, I
saw this as a positive--maybe some moms who would have never considered
BF and working, might think of it.

I would love to see more moms to stay home w/ their babies, but it just
isn't happening around here. (neither is much BF--we're pretty sure we're
well below the national average in this area.)
