The fact that the drug has not been approved for children is not the point.
The point is:  which is more hazardous, not breastfeeding, or breastfeeding
and the baby getting a tiny bit of drug in the milk?

I have no information about this drug either. But the conservative approach
is to continue breastfeeding until we have information that it is not safe.
Especially since the vast majority of drugs are compatible with
breastfeeding, the exceptions being rare.
