Dear Lactnetters, 

PTP
	A 28weeks pregnant mom, 2nd pregnancy, sms-ed me, complaining about a stabbing pain in her right breast. 
	She breastfed her first baby (not sure how long – was a few years ago) says she had mastitis in this right breast once while breastfeeding her firstborn, with no further issues. 
	Few days ago, stabbing pain started– she sees no redness and feel no lumps. 
	No discharge from nipple. 
	Pain radiates toward nipple from 5 o’clock position on breast. 
	Pain comes on randomly and nipple “feels” cold (not physically) when it happens.
	She is healthy, no illnesses/syndromes etc. 
	She is wondering why this happens/what it could be (I am also wondering!)
Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!
