At the hospital where I work as a partime LC.The 2 full time LC`s followed
several mothers for several months-sorry dont have the details on hand,the
results showed no effect on the milk supply so the Depo is given in
hospital.I tell mothers when they ask me that personally I would wait for my
OB check up and get everything established first and let them choose what to
do.I have not found a relationship to the depo shot and low supply but
probably thats because I dont ask the mothers if they had the shot.
