In addition to the suggestions given by others, may I suggest you register 
with Baby-Friendly UK alerts.  They send very interesting summaries with the 
hyperlink to the Abstract on PubMed.

You can subscribe at this address :

Also, Thomas Hale publishes a newsletter every month. You may read the 
archives on i-Breastfeeding (www.ibreastfeeding.com) and you can register to 
receive the newsletter by e-mail. In the newsletter, you also get hyperlinks to 
the Abstracts on PubMed.

Of course, subscribing to The Journal of Human Lactation is a must.
