I'll second that motion Kerry. I wish lots of organizations & businesses would join together to help moms stay home with their babies for at least 3 months with some compensation & hopes of getting jobs back. I see too many moms returning to work when babies are just a few weeks old---they need the money, the job, the health insurance or any combination of the three. I also see many women who are laid off from their jobs in the latter part of pregancy or soon after they return to work even though discrimination is against the law. We need a better system.
