Do you give the parents a written set of instructions?  Or does the release
just state that they understand the instructions they have been given
orally?

Also, where did your daughter's pediatrician expect her to get the supplies
once he had written a scrip?  Was that just so it could be covered by
insurance?  Where did she get additional tubes and syringes?  It would be
good if moms could know that they easily get replacements, as they aren't
that expensive.
