I bet there are a lot of us that fall into either or both categories --
particularly those of us that were born in the 40's & 50's.  And I would
hypothesize that those of us that fit into either A or B have issues w/
weight.


Jan, these was the reasons I decided not to make food an issue when I started having children. I deliberately did the opposite of just about everything my parents did when it came to parenting: the food issues were the tip of the iceberg, one of the symptoms, not the cause. I would like to think that my parents thought they were doing the best for their children, but.....<shrug>....who knows?
