I have in my notes from a lecture Dr. Low Dog did last year in San Diego a
recipe for milk thistle seed tea:
Simmer 1-2 tsp. in 1 cup water for 20 minutes. Strain and drink 2-3 cups per
day.

I also wrote in my margins that this is her "favorite" for increasing milk.
