Great news on outcome of pregnant mother with severe bilateral arm and neck tics! Baby is here and is nursing well. The tip that worked best for her was to lay her baby on a table (chest high, like a kitchen table) and use cross cradle position. She also uses a large curved pregnancy body pillow to wrap around the baby for protection. Thank you so much for your suggestions.
