I had a client whose baby had bloody stools.  She did eliminate many things
from her diet and continued to breastfeed and the baby did fine.  I'm sorry I
don't remember what they all were - dairy, wheat, many others.  It was pretty
restrictive.  It seems like she had to stay on the diet for quite awhile -
maybe close to a year?  At some point she was able to reintroduce some foods,
maybe eventually all.  But it took awhile and quite a lot of motivation.
