for those of you, who are computer challenged like me, here is one thing I've learned.
To reply to a person, instead of the list.  Press reply, then delete Lactnet from address line and type in person's address, which is shown in the message when you hit reply.

I'm sure computer mavens will tell me there is an even better way to do it by cutting and pasting, but I don't seem to get that :-)  Pat in SNJ
