Hi Jennifer,
I didn't notice weight gain -- I'm sure most mothers who put on as much
weight as I did with my twins would not notice any increase (or less
rapid decrease) of weight while on dom and bf.
What I did notice were digestive changes, in my case for the better. I
probably ate more than usual because I had less nausea and constipation.
We used to joke that the dom had the same effect on me as on my babies
(they had more typical breastmilk bms when I was on dom and
supplementing with expressed dom-flavoured milk).
Gee, the things you'll tell 2000 "friends". :-)
