I recall a discussion on Lactnet in which research was cited showing that
where contamination with dioxins in a problem that breastfeeding remains
safer than formula feeding (it seeming that the most important exposure to
contaminants is in utero) and in fact ameliorates the impact of in utero
exposure. Can someone help me out with a citation or two??

Thanks!
