   what i have never understood in this study is how they can definately know
that early cessation makes a difference.. there are so many variables that
seem not to be accounted for....

     was transmission actually in utero? and when does conversion take place
with in utero exposure? this has never appeared definative ....

      if bf is stopped early and there is no tranmission how do the know that
had bf contininued there would have been conversion?
