Sounds like this mother and baby are now doing just fine.

In fact, so fine are they doing, that one option might be now to back
off.....test weighing, SNS, expressing, daily weighing are all
*interventions* that affect the confidence and the happy, responsive
relationship we know are necessary for happy, uneventful
breastfeeding.

They may all, individually and collectively, have been helpful in
their way. But maybe not now.

It would be up to the mother and her professional carers to decide
how quickly and in what way to back off - maybe not all these
interventions can disappear together overnight, and maybe withdrawing
them all in one go might leave this mother feeling abandoned.

But a reasonably quick return to normality has got to be safe now
that the baby is showing no signs of needing more nutrition, and
would allow the space the mother needs to enjoy her baby and her baby
space to continue to improve milk transfer. All that 'stuff' going on
takes up a whole lotta time, energy and stress!
