If you can't say it, I can. It is okay to nurse while taking
lorazepam. The issue is not what numbers we can crunch to come up
with a safe amount the baby might get. A fifteen month old is not a
newborn, but even for a newborn, we can justify lorazepam for the
mother, because of the risks of not breastfeeding, which outweigh the
risks of the tiny amount in the milk. We have to observe the newborn
to make sure she is not getting sedated, but a fifteen month old?
