Southern California has several task force/coalitions in varying stages of
operation. The first task is to put together a core group of people
interested in supporting and promoting breastfeeding in your community.
Have a couple of meetings to talk about what needs to be done in your area.
Talk about fundraising and how you might do that.

Then, contact me again and we can talk about the next steps, which will
either be incorporation or finding a fiscal sponsor that will permit you to
use their charitable status until you incorporate on your own.
