I am currently working on a job description for a hospital based lactation
consultant (IBCLC), and was wondering if anyone had one they would be
willing to share.  I searched the archives and saw that this was being
discussed, but didn't locate a job description.

Also, I was wondering if in hospitals the IBCLC is being reimbursed at a
level higher than the staff RN due to her added credentials.  Please feel
