It amuses me to think that some folks don't want to prescribe Diflucan due
to cost, yet others will recommend breast augmentation, or reduction, or
routine anesthesia, during childbirth.

What about those costs? I guess that cost is not always a singular issue. It
is wrapped and rewrapped in many layers of judgements.

Hmm.
