Just as a matter of record, there are no different size shields available to buy
here in the UK -- only one size that i have seen.  Indeed, a few months ago I
was at a study session where a midwife brandished a shield she had recently
bought from a chemist which had a little rigid plastic ring over which a bottle
teat fits.  (and here was me thinking those had finally died).
