Any significant prenatal history like gestational diabetes or hypertension (PIH)?  I've found both can lead to DOL.  Obviously, no issues with breast tissue (IGT), right?  How about baby?  Frenulum issue, high palate, IUGR, weak suck?  It's tough when there is no clear medical reason for DOL.  What recommendations did you give her?  Would love to hear the outcome.
