Hi!

How about:

 Breastfeeding early and often to get off to a good start.

 Support of father/family members/community to so important to the
continuation of the breastfeeding relationship.

 Don't have to have the perfect diet to breastfeed, but eating healthy
will give mom the energy needed to cope with being a mother, whether
breastfeeding or not.

 No need for solids until about the middle of the first year of life.

 Weaning gradually is easiest on mom and baby (rather than cold turkey).
