version (English & Spanish) a year, but update the online version as needed
year round.  It is a guide to local lactation resources in San Diego County
but may serve as a template.  Printing costs are about $0.10 per page (based
on volume 30,000 copies): 11 X 14 inch lavender paper, folded twice.
