Even if there's no milk bank nearby that needs/wants milk, researchers often
are very eager to get it. The closest milk banks to Pittsburgh are at
Georgetown University and University of Kentucky. The ILCA office has the
numbers - e-mail to [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask]

If nobody outside her family can use the extra, she should freeze it. It's
great for treating/comforting skin burns and minor rashes later on.
