I work for the Texas Department of Health in the WIC section.  We
receive the annual rates from the Ross Lab Mothers' Survey.  The last
year for which statistics are available is 1997.  The stats for 1998
have not been released yet.  At least, they haven't hit my office yet.

You can call Ross Lab and make a direct request if you are using this
information for a study.
